Kimber was dressed rather professionally today and was actually busy on the phone off and on, actually doing some valuable work. Max was surprised. Kimber just smiled at him and jotted down when new shipments of cucumber cream would arrive.

The spa is open.

Max was behind the reception desk, having been told by Kimber that she had a date this evening and was going to be pampering herself all day, and then she would be napping upstairs if he needed her.

Thus, it was Max who would greet anyone who walked in, requiring the spa's services.

Summer showed up on time like usual on Mondays. She had her usual stack of celebrity gossip magazines as well as coffee. Caffeine was very important.

Kimber was behind the counter today, the skin beneath her eyes still lightly bruised, as well as her nose. But she was working and she was in a much better mood because she simply felt better.

Max was at her side, comforting her when he thought she needed it.

Max was again manning the spa today, although Kimber was actually downstairs. She was dozing lightly on the chaise lounge in the waiting area, her broken nose bandaged, and she now sported bruises under both eyes. She was definitely going to make an appointment with Dr. Troy when she was feeling up to it. Her nose had to be perfect.
